some researchers had spend some time researching about sleep...(i think they had wasted their time)
after some research, they agreed that a normal, healthy human needs at least 6 hours of sleep...
this is to ensure the health and work quality of a person is maintained...
after some more researched, they found that lack of sleep could kill u....
(my first reaction was 'wow....really?')
there are a few negative effects that one could suffer from lack of sleep such as:
- Fatigue, lethargy, and lack of motivation
- Moodiness and irritability( probably right)
- Reduced creativity and problem-solving skills
- Inability to cope with stress
- Reduced immunity; frequent colds and infections
- Concentration and memory problems
- Weight gain (seriously?? then why am i still underweight??)
- Impaired motor skills and increased risk of accidents
- Difficulty making decisions
- Increased risk of diabetes, heart disease, and other health problems( i'm still healthy...)
damn, another sleepless night...
i think i have insomnia...(or something within the category)
emm....i think i should go to sleep now.....
