sleep

today i would like to talk about sleep...
some researchers had spend some time researching about sleep...(i think they had wasted their time)
after some research, they agreed that a normal, healthy  human needs at least 6 hours of sleep...

this is to ensure the health and work quality of a person is maintained...
after some more researched, they found that lack of sleep could kill u....
(my first reaction was 'wow....really?')
there are a few negative effects that one could suffer from lack of sleep such as:
  • Fatigue, lethargy, and lack of motivation
  • Moodiness and irritability( probably right)
  • Reduced creativity and problem-solving skills
  • Inability to cope with stress
  • Reduced immunity; frequent colds and infections
  • Concentration and memory problems
  • Weight gain (seriously?? then why am i still underweight??)
  • Impaired motor skills and increased risk of accidents
  • Difficulty making decisions
  • Increased risk of diabetes, heart disease, and other health problems( i'm still healthy...)
then i looked at the time and i realized that its almost morning...
damn, another sleepless night...
i think i have insomnia...(or something within the category)
emm....i think i should go to sleep now.....
